Lanark Blue is a distinctive blue cheese made from the milk of our Lacaune ewes. It is a semi-soft cheese with a beautiful, creamy texture and characteristic blue veins that provide an earthy, tangy flavour. It is paired with a sweet vintage Port which contrasts the savoury tang of the Blue while matching its strength. Enjoy with a slice of traditional Black Bun fruitcake and some spiced plum chutney for a warm, fruity and yet spicy bite!
