Join us at Errington’s Farm for a heartwarming and educational lambing tour that connects you to the land, animals, and traditions at the heart of our farm. Over the course of an hour, you’ll meet our newborn lambs, hear about the lambing process, and discover how our sheep play a vital role in creating our award-winning farmhouse cheeses.

This interactive tour offers a unique insight into our sustainable farming practices and the careful craft behind everything we produce. Perfect for families, food lovers, and anyone curious about life on the farm.

The Cheese Club at Errington’s Barn is a relaxed monthly tasting, led by our cheesemonger, with a different theme each time. The evening centres around a four-cheese tasting with accompaniments, a new guest cheese every month, and a short, engaging talk on flavour, seasonality, pairing and the people behind the cheese.

After the tasting, you can choose to stay on for an optional seasonal main dish from the kitchen, cooked especially for the evening. Wine and beer pairings are available to buy on the night.

It is friendly, informal and welcoming — ideal if you are curious about cheese, enjoy good food, or just fancy a thoughtful evening out.

Join us at Errington’s Barn during the February half-term holidays for a programme of guided children’s activities inspired by food, farming, nature and the changing seasons.

Designed for children aged 5–11, each day includes a morning indoor session (10.30am–12pm) and an afternoon outdoor activity (1pm–2.30pm), from baking and simple cheesemaking to woodland adventures and nature crafts. Sessions run on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 February.

Activities can be booked individually (£7.50 per session) or as a full day (£20 including the child’s lunch). Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times; parents attend free and receive a complimentary hot drink from the café.

Discover the landscape, animals and expertise behind Errington Cheese on a guided farm tour and cheese tasting. On arrival, enjoy a tasting board showcasing our award-winning Scottish cheeses, followed by an introduction to our cheesemaking process from the observation windows overlooking the maturing rooms. The tour then continues across the farmland and into the barns, where you will meet our sheep, goats and pigs and learn where the milk for our cheese comes from. Each visit includes time for questions with one of our farmers, offering insight into life on the farm and how we work with the land.
