Join us at Errington’s Farm for a heartwarming and educational kidding tour that connects you to the land, animals, and traditions at the heart of our farm. Over the course of an hour, you’ll meet our newborn kids, hear about the kidding process, and discover how our goats play a vital role in creating our award-winning farmhouse cheeses.

This interactive tour offers a unique insight into our sustainable farming practices and the careful craft behind everything we produce. Perfect for families, food lovers, and anyone curious about life on the farm.

The Cheese Club at Errington’s Barn is a relaxed monthly tasting, led by our cheesemonger, with a different theme each time. The evening centres around a four-cheese tasting with accompaniments, a new guest cheese every month, and a short, engaging talk on flavour, seasonality, pairing and the people behind the cheese.

After the tasting, you can choose to stay on for an optional seasonal main dish from the kitchen, cooked especially for the evening. Wine and beer pairings are available to buy on the night.

It is friendly, informal and welcoming — ideal if you are curious about cheese, enjoy good food, or just fancy a thoughtful evening out.

Join us in Errington’s Barn’s cosy larch room, overlooking the beautiful Black Mount scenery and warming fireplace, for a relaxed and creative Spring Wreath-Making workshop. Create your own beautiful living spring wreath using real bulbs such as daffodils, tulips and muscari, along with seasonal foliage. These are sustainable, living wreaths – once the flowers have finished, all bulbs and materials can be planted on in your garden.

Perfect as a Mother’s Day gift, or to get your doorway ready for spring.

This hands-on session is run by Black Mount Community Development Trust SCIO and kindly hosted by Errington’s Barn in support of their local charitable work.

Discover the landscape, animals and expertise behind Errington Cheese on a guided farm tour and cheese tasting. On arrival, enjoy a tasting board showcasing our award-winning Scottish cheeses, followed by an introduction to our cheesemaking process from the observation windows overlooking the maturing rooms. The tour then continues across the farmland and into the barns, where you will meet our sheep, goats and pigs and learn where the milk for our cheese comes from. Each visit includes time for questions with one of our farmers, offering insight into life on the farm and how we work with the land.
