Our Perfect Pairing selections include one of our own farmhouse cheeses accompanied by a bottle of wine, a cracker or baked good and a condiment, all carefully selected to highlight the wonderful flavours and textures that make each cheese unique.
Corra Linn is a raw milk, cloth-bound cheddar-style cheese made from the milk of our ewes. The cheese has a firm, crumbly texture and a smooth, sweet, tangy flavour. It is paired with a chardonnay as the acidity cuts through the fatiness of the cheese and cleanses the pallet. Enjoy with fig & sultana toast for an added crunch and add some sweet quince paste to complement the nuttiness of the cheese for the perfect bite.

SHIPPING & COLLECTIONS
We ship Monday to Thursday via courier with insulated packaging to keep your order fresh. Deliveries may arrive up to two days before or after your chosen date, and we do not ship on bank holidays. If you need delivery for a specific date, please contact us by phone or email before placing your order.
All orders can also be collected from Errington’s Barn or the Edinburgh Farmers’ Market. Please choose your option at checkout.

BUTCHERY & MEATS
Our butchery offers pork and lamb from our own farm alongside a changing selection of guest charcuterie and cold cuts. Everything is prepared with care in small batches, with a focus on quality, flavour and excellent provenance. Please note most of our meat products are available for collection only due to shipping constraints.
