This hands-on experience takes you through every step of the cheesemaking process, guided by our expert cheesemakers. Starting with a tour of our farm, you’ll meet the animals that provide the milk for our award-winning cheeses, learn about our sustainable farming practices, and discover the land's role in shaping the flavours of our cheeses. Then, roll up your sleeves and get involved in crafting your own cheese under the guidance of our skilled team. Afterward, enjoy a delicious lunch in our farmhouse kitchen, where you’ll taste the fruits of your labour alongside seasonal dishes made from the farm's produce. This experience offers a deep connection to the food, the land, and the craftsmanship behind our farmhouse cheeses, all served in the heart of our working farm.

What to bring

Clothing, can be really cold outside and very hot in the cheesemaking area so it is advisable to wear plenty of layers that can easily be taken on or off.

Cancellations: Customers receive a full discount if cancelled 30 days prior to the event. Reschedule up until 7 days beforehand. Less than 24hrs no refund. If the event is cancelled by us due to weather or a farm emergency we will offer a refund or reschedule.

Accessibility: Uneven ground on the farm and steps into the farm buildings, hygine barrier access to cheese buildings.
