This month’s Supper Club brings together the best of the farm: smoked Tamworth pork belly (butchered and cured here on site), whey caramel from the cheesemaking process, and raw milk Corra Linn, our cloth-bound ewe’s cheese.

Smoked Tamworth pork belly, haricot beans & panzanella
Salted whey caramel & chocolate tart
