We are completely overwhelmed with the support everyone has shown us and huumbled by the generosity. The Crowdfunding is a huge moral boost of support and we really couldnt have carried on without knowing people have been behind us.

The next few weeks will be a test of our legal right to be able to continue to make raw milk cheese and continue what me my husband and my father have built up over the past 30 + years.

We have been making cheese over the past week from the sheep's milk so hopefully we will have some young ewes milk cheese to sell again soon.
