Dunsyre Blue & Broccoli Pasta

My Father used to feed this to us alot as we were growing up and it is still on of my favorites for a quick meal, it is also good for using up a bit of old cheese lurking in the back of the fridge that has gone a bit over the top (just use less)

100g of pasta per person

6 sprigs of sprouting broccoli per person

Around 30g of Dunsyre Blue per person chopped

Salt & pepper

A splash of cream


Boil pasta until just under Al dente (mins depending on type) add broccoli boil for a couple of mins and drain. Add Dunsyre Blue salt pepper and cream and put over a low heat and stir until the cheese has melted and turned into a sauce with the cream
