Improved Maisies Kebbuck

We are excited to announce we have altered our recipe to improve the Maisies Kebbuck, we are now using a different mix of starter culture's and lightly pressing it in to new moulds which has changed the shape of the cheese to be rounded at the edges and shorter in height. It is still matured in its natural rind but we have sealed it in rapeseed oil the result is a smother softer texture without the bitterness it sometimes had previously.
