Chicken thighs de-boned
Open up the chicken thighs and spread a liberal amount of plum chutney over the meat, then add some Lanark Blue. Roll the thighs up and wrap round the parma ham. Oven bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 mins.
Serve with either homemade or bought plum sauce and your choice of vegetables. Another chutney could be used if so desired.
