Broccoli and Dunsyre Blue Quiche

Broccoli and Dunsyre Blue quishe recipie, perfect with a green salad for lunch

1. Roll out some short crust pastry and line your tin, prick with a fork and cook for around 20mins

2. Par boil some broccolli, slice and cook a red onion

3. Place the onion and broccoli into the partly cooked pastry sprinkcle with around 150g cubes of Dunsyre Blue

4. Wisk up around 6 eggs with about 100mls of double cream and season, pour cream mixture over the cheese and broccoli

5. Cook for about 45mins

6. Eat straight away
